Water Softener Warranty

"I had a problem with a leak on my new water softener. Upon contacting Brennan in warranty he advised me to relube mounting o-rings with silicone grease. I did that and still had the leak. Next I installed new o-rings lubed with silicone grease, still leaking. Next I contacted Brennan again to explain my problem. I sent him pictures of the leak and warranty sent a replacement unit. I installed the new unit and problem was solved. Thank You for your help in the matter and providing great help and service after the sale."
