Full Control of Your Water Filtration System

It utilizes Smart Valve Technology which allows you to program the system with any mobile device in about 30 seconds, giving you full control of your water filtration system. One hub can control up to 48 systems and it can be controlled via WiFi for the ultimate in control.

This backwashing carbon filter is ideal for commercial applications with 1.5” plumbing and large estate homes with 1.5” plumbing as well. If the plumbing is 2”, then we suggest two or three tanks in parallel, which will deliver up 100 GPM at a much lower cost than a 2” brass valve. It has a special blend of carbon to handle chlorine and chloramine as well as a plethora of other chemicals, such as PFOA, PFAS, THMs, PCB, Dioxin, and many others.

Disruptive Technology

• The 1.5” Matrixx Drop Commercial Backwashing Filter System operates in conjunction with your WiFi System and is fully programmed by an App on your Smartphone, Device, Laptop or Desktop Computer. While we can apply Drop Technology to any size tank, we have found that it is dramatically more efficient with two tank sizes:
• 18” diameter x 65” tall resin tank with 5 cubic feet of carbon
• 21” diameter x 62” tall resin tank with 7 cubic feet of carbon
• Each tank and tank size has a peak flow of 35 GPM, which means that it's continuous flow is 25 GPM per tank. So, if you need 100 GPM Peak Flow, you would utilize three tanks. Why three (instead of two)? Each tank monitors flow and water usage. When a tank is exhausted (time to regenerate), it immediately goes off-line and regenerates. It's no-hard water bypass prevents untreated water from entering your site, and it's built in lock-out ensures that only one tank can regenerate at a time.
• In periods of low flow, the Drop App automatically takes tanks offline, to prevent “channeling of the carbon.” However, unlike most other systems, which always have one tank offline, the Drop system can have all tanks in service… except when one is regenerating, so that high flow rates are sustainable.

Leak Detection and Flood Prevention

It's a fact that you are seven or eight times more likely to have a flood or water damage in your business than you are to have it burglarized. Most businesses and estate homes have security systems to prevent burglary, but have nothing to prevent floods or water damage. The Matrixx Drop changes all of that with it's Dual Leak Detector: (1) It senses unusual flow rates and alerts you to such on your smartphone. You can decide whether you want the system to shut down to prevent water damage; and (2) You can put up to 32 leak detectors in vital places throughout your plant or business. When they sense wetness, they also notify you and shut off the water. You can decide what happens at that point.
