"I can definitely say that the water smells and tastes a lot better, but when my husband said he'd like a water test to confirm it is removing all the things it promised, I found that you have to spend ~$200 to get a water test (they will give you a credit to spend toward filters, etc). While the credit evens the spend, we believe a company should offer the test to confirm it is performing as promised, no strings attached."
