Only shipped when I filed a chargeback, weeks later

"One of the worst online buying experiences I've ever had. I was sent an email with invoice from a real person about a day after I placed my order. First red flag was the total on the invoice being HIGHER than the checkout total price... Second was NO SHIPPING confirmation # on the invoice/email. Days went by and still no shipping confirmation. I sent multiple emails to this "real" person who sent the email/invoice, and even tried to call - STILL NOTHING, no answer or replies. Item showed to be in stock, but my guess is this company is a DROP SHIPPER. 2 Weeks later, I finally got a shipping confirmation, and this only after filing a chargeback. First and last time they'll be getting my business."
