Shutoff valve

"I installed one that Joe sent me to replace the one that was in my unit and and it didn’t it’s not working properly. It has a hard vibration in it and it’s just moving around jiggling so I cleaned out the old one and then put it on and it still isn’t stopping. It continues the discharge all the time."
