"I ordered this because in the process of opening the housing I broke one of the fittings off. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size fittings. It would have been a big help to me and maybe others if the fittings description were clearly described and included with the membrane housing description. Better yet, if there was a link included so a customer could order and wouldn't have to hunt through all the fittings offered to find the right ones. Thanks for the opportunity to give this feedback"

"Seems good. I used to have a sealed membrane unit that didn’t take replacement membranes. I bought this product to buy new membrane from US Water. It accommodated the 50gpd membrane just fine. I having TDS issues compared to my last sealed unit. Trying to resolve this with company and having issues there with customer service. I don’t think it’s this housing and it appears to be the membrane. So might want to consider better membrane somewhere else."
