"I ordered this along with a 7-stage replacement filter pack. It did not arrive in the original shipment. I called and let them know that it was missing. They did not provide an explanation but did claim they would send a unit. The unit was never received. Now over a month has gone by. Lo and behold my heart was broken, and so I turned to the dark path and “Amazon” ordered the same unit for 5$ less and next day delivery."

- How is the Hydronix Shok Blok Pressure Reducing Valve And Filter System Protector installed? Do you have any literature or videos on how to do this?
- This has 1/4" push to connect tubing fitting on both end. You just install this in the 1/4" feed line to your RO, filter, or ice maker in correct flow direction.
