"The water softener itself works great and does exactly what it’s supposed to. My main issue is with the smart phone connection. I was shocked to discover that there is NO SECURITY at all. Anyone within range (even across the street) can connect and change settings without restriction. For such an otherwise solid product, this is a huge oversight. Add basic security and it would easily be a 5-star system."
