"I have three filter housings that use these o-rings. Two for filtration and one for a salt free water conditioner. The filters are changed once a year and the water conditioner is changed 2 to 4 times a year. I always clean the o-rings and then re-apply the Silicone Lubricant (also from US Water) but with time the o-rings flatten. So every other filter/conditioner change, I replace the o-rings."

"second time ordering o rings paid almost 20 in shipping just for this small piece of rubber to not fit. Can't get ahold of anyone from support to help out. would recommend finding another hardware store to order through."
