ECON INTEGRATOR Water Meter Activated Injection Pump For Water Treatment On Livestock Farms

An additional meter dedicated to chemical feed is not required.
The Integrator is easily installed on a farm with a pulsing dry contact water
meter. The pump injects a fixed amount of chemical per water volume as
determined by the pulse rate of the meter in use.

The Integrator’s built in relay allows an existing meter to tally
water consumption to a controller. The internal relay repeats the signal
from the meter through the pump to the controller. Water consumption from the
meter is uninterrupted any time the pump has power.

The pump is ideal for water line disinfection and pH adjustment.
The Integrator allows the user to fine tune pH and ORP levels using undiluted
chemicals eliminating the inaccuracy and labor of maintaining stock solutions
on a daily basis–set it and forget it.

the drinker line.

eliminating the need to purchase additional equipment.

digitally adjusted from 0.1 to
60 seconds in 1% increments

Installation Points and Features
