"I have a C4 system. The genuine bulbs should be replaced every 12-13 months, and they’re pretty expensive. In an effort to save money on the bulbs, for one year, I tried “cheaper” knock-off bulbs. A 2-pack of the knock-off bulbs cost about $10 less than one genuine bulb. The problem was that both of those bulbs failed in fewer than 10 months! So, they really weren’t cheaper (less expensive) after all. This is a good price for a genuine, warrantied bulb that should last for a full year. It shipped promptly, it was packaged securely, and it has been functioning as well as I would hope."

- The last unit I bought only had one O ring. Previous ones had two. Have you gone back to two? Are your prices in US$? or Can$
- Thank you for checking. The manufacturer now only includes one O-ring with this replacement lamp. Some previous versions may have included two, but the current manufacturer packaging includes one. Also, our website pricing is listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
