"We use this as an integral part of our freshwater system on a houseboat at Lake Powell. It's in series just after with a US Water Systems sediment filter and just before a UV disinfection light. We trust that set-up. Never have had a problem with these filters or with the safety of the water this set-up systems produces. AND this filter is made here in the USA. I just can't in good conscience use a foreign-made filter when friends and family are depending on having safe drinking water on my boat."
