"We use this for genral purpose DI water in the lab as well as to protect downstream equipments that requires high purity, low conductivity water (H2 Generator). Our source water in the old building can have a lot of disolved solids and electorlytes but this filter takes care of all our needs."

"This is really more of a review for the customer service US Water provided. We purchased a system for our dental clinic but had some difficulties installing it. US Water reps were very patient, helpful, and constantly trying to help remedy the system. They sent us new cartridges' (twice!) as we struggled to figure out what was going wrong. Now everything is working smoothly."
