"We really like the filter system. However, when I opened the box it was shipped in, one of the elbow fittings was broken off and laying in the bottom of the box and outside of the bubble wrap of the unit. It obviously broke off before the unit was even wrapped. I sent two emails, one with a picture of the broken part. Never heard anything from US Waters (it was around Christmas). I had to run out to purchase that besides. Installation was easy but upon turning on the water all 5 remaining pre-installed 1/4" NPT fittings leaked! Had to disassemble everything, retape and reinstall. So glad I'm able to fix things myself."
