The Patriot XL ships as a complete, skid-mounted water treatment plant. Everything is pre-plumbed, pre-wired, and performance-tested before it leaves our facility.
One 230V single-phase electrical connection and four plumbing connections: inlet, drain, tank, and supply. No multi-trade coordination. No weeks on-site.
Membrane housings and high-pressure pump built from stainless steel. Corrosion-resistant, sanitary, and designed for continuous industrial duty cycles.
Every Patriot XL is configured to your site conditions and feed water chemistry. Municipal or well water: we engineer the pre-treatment to match.
Sediment filtration, dual carbon stages, anti-scalant injection, RO membranes, variable-speed delivery, and UV disinfection, all integrated on a single skid.
Heavy-gauge powder-coated steel frame, hand-welded at our Indianapolis facility. Built to handle forklift transport, rigging, and permanent installation.
Integrated variable-speed delivery pump rated up to 20 GPM at 60 PSI. Maintains constant pressure across your distribution system, on demand.
Skid-mounted, fully integrated, and ready to ship. Every component is accessible for service without disassembly.
From raw feed water to UV-disinfected permeate, delivered on demand. Every stage is pre-plumbed on the skid, nothing to engineer on-site.
Captures sand, silt, rust, and suspended solids before they reach downstream components. Protects carbon media and membranes from premature fouling and physical damage.
Pre-TreatmentAdsorbs free chlorine, volatile organic compounds, and chemical contaminants from municipal water supplies. Essential membrane protection: chlorine destroys RO membranes on contact.
Pre-TreatmentSpecifically engineered for chloramine removal, the disinfectant standard chlorine alone can't address. Critical for municipal systems using chloramine as a secondary disinfectant.
Pre-TreatmentPrecision-dosed anti-scalant prevents calcium carbonate, silica, and other mineral deposits from scaling membrane surfaces. Extends membrane life and maintains consistent rejection rates.
Membrane Protection4 to 8 high-rejection membranes deliver up to 99% TDS removal with 80% water recovery. The core purification stage, removing dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, and virtually all contaminants.
Core PurificationIntegrated stainless steel pump delivers up to 20 GPM at 60 PSI. Variable-speed drive maintains constant pressure regardless of demand fluctuations across your distribution network.
DistributionUV sterilization rated for up to 20 GPM provides a final microbial barrier. Eliminates bacteria, viruses, and protozoa without chemicals, critical for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications.
Final DisinfectionThree standard configurations from 8,000 to 16,000 GPD. Need more capacity? Our engineering team builds custom systems at 20,000+ GPD.
Need higher capacity? Our engineering team designs custom Patriot XL systems at 20,000 GPD and above, configured to your exact site, chemistry, and production requirements.
Typical lead time: 4-6 weeks from engineering approval
Complete operating parameters and model comparison. All Patriot XL systems operate at 230V single-phase with a single electrical connection.

The Patriot XL is designed for atmospheric storage with a delivery pump. Purified water fills an open atmospheric tank; a float valve and solenoid automate fill cycles, and a delivery pump provides consistent pressure to your point of use.
The Patriot XL permeate flows into an open atmospheric tank. A float valve and solenoid control fill; optional UV keeps stored water bacteria-free. A delivery pump pushes treated water to the point of use at consistent pressure.
The Patriot XL delivers the water quality, volume, and reliability that critical operations demand, day after day, shift after shift.
Build water profiles from a zero-TDS canvas. Eliminate source water variability for consistent batch quality at any production volume.
Consistent, low-TDS process water for ingredient mixing, equipment sanitation, and production-line quality at industrial scale.
Zero-TDS base for precision nutrient dosing and pH-balanced irrigation. Eliminates salt accumulation in growing media at scale.
High-purity feed water for compounding, analytical instruments, and research applications requiring stringent TDS and microbial control.
Spot-free rinse water that eliminates mineral deposits on every vehicle. Reduces chemical usage and improves customer satisfaction.
Process-ready water for CNC coolant mixing, boiler feed, surface finishing, and equipment protection across the production floor.
Most commercial RO systems ship as components. The Patriot XL ships as a finished, tested water treatment plant.

The Patriot XL arrives as a fully assembled, skid-mounted system. Installation requires one 230V single-phase electrical connection and four plumbing connections: a feed water inlet, a drain line, a line to your storage tank, and a supply line to your distribution point. There is no multi-trade coordination, no field assembly, and no weeks of on-site construction. A licensed plumber and electrician can typically complete the connection in a single day.
Yes. Our standard models cover 8,000 to 16,000 GPD, but our engineering team regularly designs and builds custom Patriot XL systems at 20,000+ GPD. These custom builds are engineered to your specific site conditions, feed water chemistry, and production requirements. Contact us with your project details and we'll scope a system to match.
The Patriot XL has the shortest lead time in the commercial/industrial RO market. Because every system is manufactured at our headquarters in Indianapolis, we control the entire build process from engineering through final testing. Standard configurations typically ship faster than custom builds, but even custom systems move significantly faster than industry norms. Contact us for a current lead time estimate based on your configuration.
The Patriot XL is configured for municipal water (chlorine/chloramine) by default, but it can be custom-engineered for well water applications. Well water typically requires different pre-treatment: iron removal, hydrogen sulfide treatment, or additional sediment filtration depending on your water analysis. Send us a recent water test and our engineers will configure the pre-treatment stages to match your specific well water chemistry.
Routine maintenance includes periodic replacement of the 5-micron sediment filter, carbon media changeouts based on usage and chlorine levels, anti-scalant solution refills, membrane cleaning or replacement as rejection rates dictate, and UV lamp replacement per manufacturer schedule. All components are easily accessible on the skid without disassembly. Our support team provides maintenance schedules specific to your system and water conditions.
The Patriot XL requires a single dedicated 230V / 60Hz / single-phase circuit. This powers the entire system: RO pump, delivery pump, anti-scalant dosing pump, UV unit, and all controls. No three-phase power is required for standard configurations. The single electrical connection is part of what makes the system truly plug-and-play: one circuit, one breaker, one connection point.
Our commercial engineering team will scope your system, review your water chemistry, and deliver a detailed proposal, no obligation.
