"We are on a private well. This water softener has made our water so much better. Our skin hair feel so much better after showering. My back stopped itching and my hands stopped cracking after do dishes, etc. The unit is very well constructed. The WiFi feature is really helpful. Along with providing leak detection and water shut off, the leak detector also measures temperature and displays it on the App. That provides us peace of mind as it gets cold enough for snow and freezing in our area. Lastly, everyone at US Water has been great to work with especially Rene Anies, Water Specialist, and the technical support team."

"This functions well. but took me 8 hours to install. the instructions were written by someone who knew what they were doing. All was going fine until the brine line install. The instructions call for a brass nut. I found out, after looking at other brands and guessing, that my unit had been upgraded to a push-in connection. Then the unit start-up was a disaster. In the manual, which I had to print since nothing was shipped, it basically tells you to jump to another section of the manual. then the first thing is to start a REGEN. to do this you have to a different manual and install the drop unit. Then figure out how to do a REGEN. then go back after waiting for it to complete. This whole process was a lot of guessing. The unit does work great now. some of the install time covered my plumbing time. so that is not a fault of the instructions even though they did add a lot of time."

"Delivered timely as promised, all parts were in good condition and easy to install by following the instructions. After connected to the network via app, nice to see updates and be aware of any status changes. After over a year, I have cut my salt consumption from my previous water softener by over 50%. Any the quality of the soft water is even better! Managing via the phone app is one of the best features. I also combined with the drop water sensing devices and now auto shuts of the water if my teenagers don't properly close the shower curtains and water sprays on the floor. I highly recommend this product, it's a solid purchase that will pay for itself and give me peace of mind to control my water consumption remotely."

"Glad I chose these quality water softener and dual filter assembly from US Water Systems. Bought it early this year, had it operational since April and never had an issue ever since. Ability to monitor operations, seeing real time/historical water usage, setting the parameters and having valve control via a smartphone are outstanding features. The leak detector is a great feature though hopefully I will never need it. One thing I would wish is a quicker processing and shipment of orders. Overall, I am very satisfied! Looking forward to seeing tankless RO filtration system added to your line of products - my next DIY. Definitely will recommend this water softener to my friends!"
