"I found US Water Systems many years ago when I needed to replace my water softener. I received quotes from all my local providers and was shocked that none of them knew what media was in their system. The local companies have a proprietary system filled with media, and when the media fails you have to replace the entire water softening system. I went on an internet search to learn more about water softener media and found US Water Systems. Their systems are not proprietary built and the media can EASILY be replaced if needed. I spoke with sales, had a water test sent in, and purchased a water softener, iron filter and reverse osmosis system for our home and never looked back. Was one of the best decisions I ever made. We had the best water we'd ever had in the home after making the switch. We sold our home and bought a home with city water 3 years ago. I again reached out to sales with condition of my water and purchased the water filters I needed for my new home, including my beloved reverse osmosis system. I purchase my replacement filters on an annual basis and have never had an issue. Quality products, quality service, great price. I HIGHLY recommend US Water Systems to anyone in need of water treatment."
