The Raptor Lite delivers 500–750 GPD of purified water from a compact countertop unit with an integrated booster pump: no wall mounting, just a cold water line and a standard 110V outlet.
Sits directly on your counter: no wall brackets, no floor mounting, no structural modifications. Place it where you need it and connect to a cold water line.
3/8″ tubing with high-quality quick-connect fittings throughout. Ships pre-assembled and pre-tested: connect and run in minutes, not hours.
Posi-seal technology eliminates bypass: 100% of your feed water passes through all three pre-filtration stages before reaching the membrane.
As small as 7″×18″×22″: fits on a standard counter, in a utility closet, or next to your espresso machine without consuming valuable workspace.
Pair with pressurized tanks from 14–120 gallons, add UV sterilization, or configure remineralization: the system scales with your operation.
Every non-consumable component is covered for 5 full years. Membranes and filters are excluded: but we make reordering effortless with auto-ship.
Both models use an integrated booster pump for steady pressure and consistent output. Choose the capacity that matches your daily demand.
Adds the 500 GPD / 20 Gallon Composite configuration.
Adds the 750 GPD / 20 Gallon Composite configuration.
Every prime connection in the filtration chain uses posi-seal double O-ring technology: so untreated city water passes through four precision stages with zero bypass and 100% of the flow through the media.
Traps particulates, dirt, and rust before they reach the carbon stages: protecting downstream components and extending membrane life.
Targets chloramines (chlorine + ammonia): the disinfectant increasingly used by municipalities that standard carbon alone can't fully remove.
Adsorbs chlorine, VOCs, and organic compounds that degrade RO membranes: critical for municipal water sources.
High-efficiency thin-film composite membrane in a posi-seal double O-ring housing rejects 98.5% of dissolved solids: delivering permeate ready for direct use or storage.
Every Raptor Lite ships pre-assembled and pre-tested as a self-contained countertop unit. Both models include an integrated booster pump and run on standard 110V power. All connections are 3/8″ quick-connect tubing.

The Raptor Lite supports two installation configurations: pressurized tank for simple on-demand delivery, or atmospheric tank with delivery pump for higher-volume applications.
The Raptor fills a pressurized composite or steel tank that delivers water on demand using stored air pressure. No separate delivery pump needed at the point of use.
The Raptor fills an open atmospheric tank with float valve automation. A delivery pump provides consistent pressure to your point of use: ideal for higher-volume demand.
Wherever water quality directly impacts product quality, patient safety, or equipment longevity: the Raptor Lite delivers from a countertop footprint.
Consistent extraction and better-tasting coffee, tea, and specialty drinks: every cup.
High-purity water for autoclaves, instrument cleaning, and patient safety protocols.
Reliable low-TDS water for analytical, research, and quality-control applications.
Clean ice, spotless glassware, and improved cooking water: without a large footprint.
Most countertop commercial RO systems rely on imported components, limited support, and restrictive warranties. We took a different approach.
<7-day lead times: ships in days, not months
American-made: designed, assembled & tested in the USA
Integrated booster pump: consistent output even when feed pressure fluctuates
Pre-assembled & pre-tested: operational in minutes
5-year warranty on all non-consumable components
Direct expert access: certified water specialists, not scripts
8–12 week lead times: delayed projects and lost revenue
Imported components: vulnerable to tariffs and supply disruption
Unpumped designs: output falls off whenever feed pressure dips
Assembly required: loose fittings and unclear instructions
Limited warranties: 1–2 years with restrictive fine print
Outsourced support: long holds and generic troubleshooting

Every Raptor Lite ships complete with the TFC RO membrane, three pre-filter stages (5-micron sediment + dual carbon block), quick-connect tubing, and all fittings. It arrives pre-assembled and pre-tested: ready to connect to your cold water line. Storage tanks are available as add-on options.
Yes. Every Raptor Lite includes an integrated booster pump that runs on standard 110V power. The pump keeps membrane pressure consistent, so output stays steady even when feed pressure fluctuates. Just connect your cold water line and plug into a standard outlet.
Pre-filters should be replaced every 6–12 months depending on water quality and usage volume. The RO membrane typically lasts 2–3 years. We offer a convenient auto-ship program so you never miss a filter change.
The 500 GPD uses a single 3″×12″ membrane in a more compact housing (~22″ tall). The 750 GPD uses two 3″×12″ membranes for 50% more output in a slightly taller unit (~26″). Both use the same integrated booster pump design and identical pre-filtration stages.
It depends on your demand pattern. If you need large volumes of RO water available on-demand during peak hours, a pressurized storage tank (14–120 gallons) ensures you never wait. For lower-volume or steady-draw applications, you may be able to run directly from permeate output.
The Raptor Lite is engineered for municipal (city) water sources. Well water often contains iron, hardness, and other contaminants that require additional pre-treatment. Call our specialists: we can recommend the right system configuration for your water chemistry.
Order today and your Raptor Lite ships within 7 business days: fully assembled, tested, and ready to connect.

"The R/O system is great but I had some issues with the pressure tank."
— Mark K. (3/5)
"I would have give 5 stars, but for a few issues. Two of the 3 pre-filter housings are so close to the plate behind them and the fasteners from the items mounted on the back side that the filter wrench cannot be slid up and onto the housings. There are no feet on the metal frame of unit, the design of the unit requires access to the back so the unit will be sitting on a counter and slid around on the counter, metal directly on the counter will produce a scratch sometime in the future. Feet would also provide some isolation of the vibration from the pump, although it is minimal it is there. I placed the unit on a pad and that helps but the pad is not attached to the unit so care must be taken when moving the unit. The RO Membranes are a bit of a challenge to change but not too bad I really have no recommendation for that other than maybe make the hoses longer and routed so the housing can be more easily brought out to better facilitate removal of the caps. With that said OVERALL I like the system, it is compact, installed easily, so far works very well, the price compared to others in the same output range is good. I am impressed and will recommend this product to others! In fact one of the Reps that report to me was in the process of quoting a system to one of our Customers, I am going to have him use this same system for that quote. As I started I would have given 5 stars!"
