"This is an impressive, high-quality, and thoughtfully engineered system! The water tastes fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Yes, the installation takes a bit of time, patience, and some DIY skill — it's a complex setup — but trust me, it's absolutely worth it. What really thrilled me was knowing this 6-stage RO system is made by Americans, right here in America. And the support? Just as incredible. I had to call tech support a few times during installation, and each time I got to speak with a knowledgeable, friendly American technician — right here in the U. S. (seriously, how rare is that?). They even offered FaceTime support from my phone to help troubleshoot a water pressure issue and guided me through purging the air from the system. If this had been made overseas, I probably would’ve boxed it back up. But with this company? I'm keeping it, recommending it, and proud to support American fine craftsmanship."

"I purchased this faucet in May 2018 when I bought out entire RO system. Only after 4 years of use, this faucet is leaking from the spout. (Yes, it's been having a slow leak for a while.) I Googled how to fix a leaking RO faucet and the person showed how to take it apart and clean the cartridge inside. I tried taking apart the handle to gain access to the ceramic disc cartridge. Not only does cartridge not come apart, like it did in the video I watched, US Water Systems does not have a replacement for it. They said I had to buy a whole new faucet. I can see inside the cartridge that the ceramic pieces don't close on one side. This faucet looks good, but does not last. For such a poor quality piece, they should sell replacement cartridges."

"Cheap product, I ended up returning it and was told I had to pay shipping. Not customer friendly, wont be buying from your company again. Customer satisfaction should be #1 goal, not penalize for returning a product that does not meet expectations. Had I known of your policy to pay shipping to return, I would have purchased elsewhere."
