Buyer Take Note!

"In May 2018, I bought a whole home soft water system and under-sink RO system, with a remineralization kit, from this site. A couple weeks ago, the remineralization housing started leaking from where the lid screws onto the base (sump?). After trying a new o-ring and filter, it was still leaking. US Water advised that I purchase this new housing to replace the old one. When I received it, I took the connectors from the ports on the old lid to use with the new one, because new connectors were not sent. The threads on the connectors were too small for the new housing. Because it was Sunday, and US Water was closed and my system was already taken apart, I had to run to Lowes to buy new connectors. After contacting customer service, Isaac said that my old 3/8" housing actually had 1/4" threads, but the new housing now has 3/8" threads. I was disappointed by this and feel they should have sent me new connectors with the new housing. Aside from this issue, I feel this housing should not have already been leaking after only 4.5 years."
