"We have an Upstream NC10-50 water treatment system for our mountain cabin. It does an excellent job. We periodically need to replace the UV lamps in it. We recently did so through US Water Systems. The replacement lamps arrived in a timely manner and are ready for installation when necessary. I would highly recommend using them again for this service."

"I wouldn't buy from this distributor again... bought 2uv replacement bulbs which are pricey. Upon initial inspection I noticed the adhesive used at all ends of bulbs was crusty dark brown. One bulb even has a metal ball rolling around. I reached out many times and nothing hasbeen resolved. Old bulb in photo no brown, new bulb is brown."
