First, let me state that

"First, let me state that I NEVER give the highest rating in any survey, even though that company may deserve it. That's because there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Second, after sending in a note on US Water Systems own email form found on their web site detailing my request and getting confirmation that it was sent and I assume received by them since it was from their site, I had to call 5 or 6 business days later asking if they had received it. The Tech Support man answered the phone told me "NO" they didn't receive it. I was then transferred to a Cust Serv man. After explaining my need and email message from days before, he was able to help me, and I finally did receive what I needed. There's room for improvement in your overall tech service department."
