"The website photo shows a Viqua branded lamp however the actual lamp sold is a knock-off replacement. Would not normally be an issue, but had a problem with this latest lamp purchased and had to get a replacement. Love US Water Systems, their filters and their customer service but will probably look elsewhere for a replacement lamp in the future."

Best Company for Replacement UV Bulbs
"I learned the hard way to purchase only Viqua replacement bulbs. Then I had to learn the hard way that not all companies know how to ship a long, thin and expensive bulb. US Water did a great job of packing the bulb and getting it to me in one piece. The price was right. Texas doesn't charge sales tax on equipment used for rainwater systems and I hope US Water can accommodate that with my next subscription order."
