For the past several years, we have been getting calls from customers who need parts for their Pelican Water System. In case you don't know, Pelican Water Systems was founded in Deland, Florida in 2007 and went through Private Equity Financing before they were acquired and merged into Pentair Water Solutions in 2019. The Pelican brand has been discontinued for years now, having been absorbed into Pentair Water, which no longer sells the original Pelican products.
Due to customer demand, US Water Systems is happy to announce we are here to support any Pelican Water Systems customer who may feel "orphaned" and abandoned.
We stock the full line of Pelican parts, filters, cartridges, O-rings, and media, as well as tanks, heads, bypasses UV bulbs, sleeves, and ballasts. Our Technical Support Department is available from 8 AM to 6 PM EDT Monday thru Friday and on Saturday, from 9 AM Until 3 PM EDT. In case you haven't heard, our technical support is legendary. Great question! We do carry O-rings and replacement parts for Pelican systems. 😊 However to make sure we get you the exact right O-rings for your specific PSE1800/PSE2000 sediment filter housing, we would not want to guess on sizing and end up sending you the wrong ones!
