For the past several years, we have been getting calls from customers who need parts for their Pelican Water System. In case you don't know, Pelican Water Systems was founded in Deland, Florida in 2007 and went through Private Equity Financing before they were acquired and merged into Pentair Water Solutions in 2019. The Pelican brand has been discontinued for years now, having been absorbed into Pentair Water, which no longer sells the original Pelican products.
Due to customer demand, US Water Systems is happy to announce we are here to support any Pelican Water Systems customer who may feel "orphaned" and abandoned.
We stock the full line of Pelican parts, filters, cartridges, O-rings, and media, as well as tanks, heads, bypasses UV bulbs, sleeves, and ballasts. Our Technical Support Department is available from 8 AM to 6 PM EDT Monday thru Friday and on Saturday, from 9 AM Until 3 PM EDT. In case you haven't heard, our technical support is legendary. I recently purchased the Pelican PC600 Media Replacement kit. The kit contained only one o-ring for the carbon media tank. Do I need another o-ring for the salt free softening media tank? If so, can you provide it or a part number for the o-ring so I can source it someplace.
Do you have an online order site? Would like to purchase replacement carbon, softener tanks and, pack of pre-filters. Currently have PC600 Carbon and NS3 softener.

It has 2 tanks ‘Carbon filter and a Salt free water softner, conditioner’ and the regular 6 months filter.
