The Pulsar PurEdge Ultimate RV Water Filter
For over 15 years we have provided all type of filtration and water treatment systems to RV's whether it be small pop-up camper or a large million dollar luxury coach... and everything in between. Actually, I installed my first RV filter system almost 40 years ago in an old Airstream.... but I digress.
If you are a seasoned RV'er (is that even a word?), you likely know that water quality is not so good at some campgrounds. Sometimes it looks bad, other times it smells bad, sometimes it is in fact, bad for you. Like lots of other companies we have offered a number of solutions for these water problems, but recently we decided that we wanted to build The Ultimate RV Filter... so we did. We tried to come up with a cool name of it, but in the end, we just call it The Pulsar PurEdge Ultimate RV Filter because that is what it is! It is a four stage process with
Stage 1 being a 5 micron sediment filter which keeps sand, silt and sediment out of the system.
Stage 2 is the Pulsar Interceptor PAC Sub-Micron Filter which removes some bacteria, cysts, chlorine, chemicals, tastes and odors followed by
Stage 3 which is a GAC carbon block filter which also addresses chemicals, organics and other VOC's. Finally,
Stage 4 is the revolutionary Pulksar Disrupter Cartridge which which removes bacteria, cysts and virus (up to 99.999%) as well as lead, chromium 6, tannin, arsenic and other heavy metals, with no electricity, chemicals or anything added to the water.
While the filters that come with it handle the most common water problems, we can customize the Pulsar PurEdge Ultimate RV Filter with filters that can specifically address, iron, manganese, chloramine, nitrate, arsenic, fluoride and other contaminants. The filtration possibilities are limitless and the cartridges are "industry" standard, so you can easily change with variable water conditions. Most of the cartridges last six months to a year (depending upon water quality). The beauty of this system is that it requires no electricity and adds nothing to the water.
All components are made of NSF and FDA Approved Contaminants and are BPA-Free, Of course, if you go on the internet you will find all kinds of companies companies selling a single stage filter that is supposed to provide filtration for you. The only problem is that the filters are so small they have a short life, don't take much out of the water, plug easily and of course, they do not kill bacteria like The Pulsar PurEdge Ultimate RV Filter. Using a small single stage filter like that is like trying to stop a 70 MPH wind from blowing into your house with a screen door! Don't be foolish - We have heavy-duty solution to heavy-duty water problems. Don't settle for less!

I live in a 27 ft. travel trailer in a full hook up RV Campground. My water tastes and smells like plastic even though I have an RV drinking water safe hose. I have allergies to many chemicals that make me sick. Will your ultimate RV water filter remove the taste and smell? If it doesnt work can I return it for a full refund?
Thanks,
Carol Marcucci
How about adding a RO to this?
I would like 1000 GPD, not that I would be using that kind of water but I would like to be able to fill my 105 Gallon fresh water tank in about 2.5 hours as I like to go from boondock spot to boondock spot. I dont like commercial campgrounds
Do you have recommendations for me?
What is the cost? How do you hook it up? Very new to the RV world. Is it straight from the hose/pump/water source?
WE can design a better configuration if you want to use RO. As they say We need to talk. Give us a call. 800-608-8792. I will be glad to help you personally.
We guarantee all of our systems, but my questions are:
1. Will you filter all the water, and if so, will you filter it before or after the tank?
2. Or, are you just wanting to filter the drinking water?
Sorry for the delay we just released the new model and here it is:

You just hook it up with garden hose connections.
