"The sump and post filters are changed once per year since the system was installed by owner. ( the membrane only when the TDS meter shows poor performance) The issue is the lack of a sanitizing packet that was included before. I understand cost cutting but it should have been made clear during the ordering process that the packet would need to be ordered as a stand alone item."
