"I love my water system , we live on Lake Erie & have city water but wanted a filter system for a peace of mind in our home. Had a sm leak at high flow filter with pec lines so decided to change to flex line and fittings used tape & good sealer and tightened Threads in deep. Worked out great, no leaks. Ran a bye pass line w- shutoff valves to fill the pool & Spicket’s on exterior of house! Next up, undercounter hydrogen ionizer machine for drinking! Love the fact uswater is American made and company in USA , o and we can understand the language lol!"

"Purchased and installed the water filtration and salt free system. We live in Gold Canyon, Arizona, and the water is hard (high in minerals ). This system works well and is maintenance free and without salt. Another advantage to this system is the treatment plants in the Phoenix area are having to work harder to purify water when it contains salt. This system does not contribute to the problem."

"I worked with the US Water System's watertech "Brandon" and selected the Bodyguard and Greenwave salt free system to take out the VOC's (volatile organic compounds) introduced at Denver's water station for purification and to soften the hard water (limestone scale deposits). The five boxes were delivered to front door and labeled for unpacking and assembly (nicely done). I installed the system myself (enjoyed the process); the instructions were a simple read. The post tap water analysis compared to the pre-tap water analysis yielded a 100% improvement. It took two weeks to clean out the lime scale deposits in the water heater, boiler (house heating system), washer, dish washer, refrigerator water filter and faucets. The closed system requires no electricity and maintenance upkeep other than changing out the 0. 5 micron x 22" water filter every six months (recovers 95% of micro-plastics) and changing out the filtering media in the two bottles every six years. I did install a back pressure regulator (set at 80 psi) to protect the system as our nighttime inlet pressure spikes at 120 psi. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the whole house system's quiet performance and reliability. The am coffee flavor and aroma improved greatly! "Purchased the 15 game system, had a plumber install. After installation noticed a significant drop in pressure, even when only 1 shower is running but especially when two showers are running. Tried calling uswater systems to get their opinion to see if something was wrong but was met with the most useless AI chatbot over the phone. They refused to transfer me to a rep even tho it was 4pm and their offices closed at 8pm. Spent all this moneh for low pressure and ridiculous "AI support""

"This unit is flimsy and the large tank has a lean to the tank. The little bit of media needs to be put into the tanks yourself so no savings there as I could have had the filter system delivered complete with water connections only being needed for less money. Lousy instructions, no photos of system setup completed installed showing parts needed"
