What’s Inside of the Combo?
1. Precision Peroxide Injection Panel The proportional injection panel injects the precise amount of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) into the incoming water line, right after the pressure tank. The meter measures the precise flow rate and injects the H2O2 at the precise rate needed, whether it is 1 GPM or 20 GPM. This assures that you will get 100% oxidation of iron and sulfur, regardless of the flow rate. BTW: The only way you can successfully and sustainably remove iron and sulfur is through OXIDATION and Hydrogen Peroxide is unquestionably the best oxidant.
2. inFusion Premium Coconut Shell Catalytic Carbon acts as a catalyst to eradicate Chemicals, PFOA, PFAS, and most importantly, iron-sulfur, and manganese.
3. Magna Filter Five Micron Magna Filter removes Sand, Silt, Sediment, and many other contaminants. The filter is designed to be replaced yearly.

The Matrixx Water Softener regenerates upon demand. It meters the water and only regenerates when it needs to, which is typically every 4 to 7 days. It uses as little as 33 gallons of water per regeneration.
The Matrixx inFusion typically backwashes every 2-3 days and uses hydrogen peroxide (no chemicals - just hydrogen and oxygen) to totally oxidize the iron and sulfur. You typically add H202 only twice a year.
