Unsatisfied with instructions

"This is my 3rf time replacing the 6 stage filters on my RO system. The Livation filter is significantly different now. Previously, it was in a canister. Now, it is not. It also comes with different quick connect fittings and plugs for those fittings. There are no instructions on these differences so, I've broken the filter, it's leaked all over my basement and US Water is telling me I need to buy a new Livation filter to resolve the problem, of course, costing me more money. Clear instructions would have prevented this. I'm very disappointed they were not provided."

"My installation was a bit more complicated than typical. The one filter previously was in a canister. The new filter didn't use the same canister, it hooked up without. The instructions didn't note the difference. That was disappointing."

Great tasting water!

"We are a military family so we move around periodically and drink different city water types so having clean water is very important to us. I decided to buy the US Water Systems reverse osmosis system when we were living in Washington DC, and a neighbor had mentioned there being a lead in the water issue, I don’t know all the details but that raised concerns so I asked my uncle who is an engineer what he recommended and he recommended the US Water Systems to me. He also helped me install the US Water system over the phone. I have been very happy with my RO and family and friends seem to like it as well especially the taste of the water so I’m very thankful for it. The only thing that I wish would be better or easier is the filter changing and the membrane changing. I wish the videos on how to do that were moreso geared toward “beginners” and the setup itself made easier to bypass the membranes if need be. My engineer uncle mentioned a valve would make sanitation much easier. I really think this would get the word out moreso if it was easier for beginners to install instead of having to hire a professional. Overall very happy with my RO thanks to my uncle who recommended it to me and helped me install! :)"
