When we proposed adding this to our website, and adopting the phrase into our company lexicon, the words weren't just a gimmick for marketing, but a thoughtful expression spoken with conviction. At US Water Systems, we strive daily to be the “good guys of water.” We understand the importance of clean water and the impact it can have on individuals and communities. That's why we have been committed to supporting organizations that provide clean water sources in areas of need.

One of the organizations we have supported in the past is Gift of Water, a non-profit group that assisted communities in Haiti by providing individual homes with clean water using a simple 2-bucket system. Our own Mark Timmons served on the board of Gift of Water as a Master Water Specialist for 10 years between 2010-2020. Due to the political unrest and turmoil in Haiti he now focuses his efforts elsewhere.

However, our commitment to providing clean water to those in need remains strong. We have recently begun supporting Water.org, another non-profit organization that provides clean water sources in rural areas in third-world countries. At US Water Systems, our core values include caring about the water treatment industry and working towards providing solutions to our customer needs, not just selling a limited selection of products using questionable sales tactics. We offer a wide range of water filtration, reverse osmosis systems, and water softening equipment in many sizes for specific treatment that can be used in a variety of settings, from RVs and tiny homes to estate-sized homes with multiple bathrooms. We also have a commercial division that can provide solutions to small coffee shops, multi-barrel craft brewing restaurants, dairy farms, cannabis farms, and large manufacturing companies.

We are a family-owned business and pride ourselves on providing the best service and products to our customers. We don't have to answer to a venture capital board or parent company in a large corporation.

We answer to our customers, ourselves, our reputation, our own conscience. We use the best components when building our systems and provide technical support post-sale. Our team has a combined 250 years of water treatment experience, ensuring that you are getting the best advice and service possible. The bold statement of being the good guys of water sets the bar pretty high. We are not claiming to be perfect, in fact probably far from it. Our commitment to our customers is when we're wrong, we'll own it, and we'll make it right.
