Great Product Not Great Support
"The water filter successfully filters water. 10/10 on the device itself. No notes. (Though I do wish the three pre-filters weren't a single unit, but that's hindsight) Now the service. Ordering replacement filters takes weeks. The online chat rarely works. The 'talk to an expert' email goes into a black hole and they don't reply. The phone service closes before the published hours on the website. Once you actually get a person, they're usually really helpful. But I get the feeling that the company is perpetually under-staffed to cut corners. I recommend buying your filters off Amazon (and I hate Amazon) because you can get them much faster. And if you're not quite handy and ready to support yourself, go with a local brand who you can ring up for service."
