After first generation my water hardiness is between 80-120 mgl. Is there anything I can do to bring it down to 60-80 range? I need technical advice for this

A water softener does not selectively remove hardness to a specific level like 60–80 mg/L. Its job is to remove hardness minerals from the water, and when operating properly it will normally reduce hardness to near zero, or typically below about 5 mg/L. If you are seeing hardness in the 80–120 mg/L range after regeneration, that would generally not be considered softened water. In most cases, the only practical way to intentionally maintain hardness in the 60–80 mg/L range is to blend untreated hard water back in with softened water by slightly opening the bypass and “cracking” it to allow some raw water to mix in.

What app is used for the system
